Laura is an RN with over 25 years’ experience in our broken healthcare system. She made the decision to leave healthcare and became a Certified Health and Life Coach. She is a Clarity Catalyst Certified Trainer which is a course that is based on a Stanford University Master’s degree class in mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Laura has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and has a certification in senior care management. Laura is an Air Force Veteran who served her country during Desert Storm.
